Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients with type 2 diabetes received cognitive-behavioral therapy. Intervention 2: Control group: Patients with type 2 diabetes did not receive an intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Since the type 2 diabetes has been at least 3 years old. The person has physical symptoms of diabetes. His personal and social performance has been defective due to diabetes, but has not been disrupted Individuals must have at least a diploma The maximum age is 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of reading and writing skills, lack of consent to participate in research absence more than two sessions in training sessions

Method of measurement: Mental health literacy questionnaire O'Connor & Owecy, Hellia General Health Literacy Questionnaire, Compliance with Disease Questionnaire.
