Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 18 to 40 years, Having mild to moderate anterior knee pain, History of pain for at least 4 weeks, Pain with activities such as running, squatting, kneeling, prolonged sitting, or going up/down stairs Pain when pressing on the patella, touching around it, or resisting isometric extension in a seated position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of structural knee damage (patellar luxation or dislocation, ligament tear, tendinopathy, Osgood-Schlatter syndrome, osteoarthritis), History of knee surgery, Pain from non-patellofemoral disorders such as bursitis or fat pad inflammation

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Center of Pressure Fluctuations. Timepoint: 6 weeks after the start of the study. Method of measurement: The condition control will be evaluated using a force platform (foot scanner) made in Iran (fanavaran Paya, ferdowsi . Mashad. Iran. ISO 13485. 2024). The three-dimensional ground reaction forces will be recorded at 50 Hz in France and the COP fluctuations will be calculated by a software program.

MeasureTime frame
Knee Function. Timepoint: 6 weeks after the start of the study. Method of measurement: The method of measuring knee function will be using step-down and bilateral squats for 30 seconds.;Knee Proprioception. Timepoint: 6 weeks after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Knee proprioception will be measured using digital image goniometry.;Pain. Timepoint: 6 weeks after the start of the study. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale is using for pain measurement.
