Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 28 years old Participate in exercise activities at least 3 times a week. Structural and functional health of the lower extremities and spine Informed consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having neuromuscular diseases Structural problems and abnormalities related to the lower extremities Having underlying diseases
