Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having chronic low back pain for a duration of 6 months. No history of rehabilitation in the past 6 months. Confirmation by a physiotherapist based on having idiopathic low back pain. Age between 20 and 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of accident and acute injury. Participation in rehabilitation and specialized exercises in the past 6 months.

Kinematic coordination variability:Measured using a motion capture system and the Continuous Relative Phase (CRP) parameter, representing the coordination between the lumbar, pelvic, and hip segments during running.Electromyographic activity of selected muscles:Recorded via surface electromyography (sEMG), including muscles such as the erector spinae, gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, hamstrings, and rectus femoris. This variable reflects the intensity and pattern of muscle activation before and after fatigue. Timepoint: Outcome variables will be measured at two time points:Before the fatigue protocol (pre-test)Immediately after the fatigue protocol (post-test). Method of measurement: Kinematic coordination variability is measured using an 8-camera motion capture system (Vicon) by calculating the Continuous Relative Phase (CRP) between the lumbar, pelvic, and hip segments.Electromyographic activity is recorded via wireless surface EMG (sEMG) from selected muscles, including the erector spinae, gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, hamstrings, and rectus femoris.
