Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 12 to 18 Female gender Schoolgirl Student A thoracic kyphosis greater than 32°

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal fractures or surgeries History of psychological issues History of structural kyphosis History of neuromuscular diseases Physical disorders were not allowed to participate in the study
