Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persian and resident of Mashhad 40-60years old Married willing to collaborate on research Having literacy skills 1 year have passed since their last menstrual period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Haveing regular exercise in the last six months Have a chronic disease Have a mental illness Addicted to tobacco and alcohol and drug Taking dietary supplements Being on a particular diet Taking hormone therapy or remedies for the symptoms of menopause Participating in training or counseling sessions on menopause Having a depression score above 28 in the Beck questionnaire Having an anxiety scores above 25 from Beck's questionnaire Having speech, hearing or dialect disorders that prevent communication with the researcher
