Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages ranging from 15 to 59 years old Resident in Sanandaj More than a year from the diagnosis of the disease Having mild to moderate asthma Lack of chronic and advanced diseases in vital organs Lack of known psychological illnesses Have a reading or writing literacy by the patient or his caregiver Satisfaction to participate in the study Having a cell phone Use SMS or social network services Lack of severe vision and hearing impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients Pregnancy
