Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The volunteers should be healthy. The volunteers should be non-smoker The volunteers should not be supplement user. The volunteers should be familiar to resistance exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having chronic disease like diabetes and hypertension or any muscle damage. Regular supplement users or pro-oxidative stimulator

Serum apoptotic factors. Timepoint: Before intervention and after one week intervention. Method of measurement: enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
