Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participating nurses should have B.Sc of nursing at least. Nurses should have 6 months of trial experience. They should currently perform clinical tasks. They should accept entry requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to cooperate in completing check list of neonatal intravenous standards. Failure to do routine actions in the control group Nurse's lack of co-operation in viewing, critique and feedback from films

Grading intravenous standards. Timepoint: Nurses were re-evaluated before intervention and after one month. Method of measurement: Use the neonatal intravenous standard checklists.	—
