Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptomatic gallstone Patients candidate for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy Patient under 75 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who received antibiotics in the few days before surgery Patients with CBD stone or cholecystitis Patients with a history of diabetes Patients with using drugs that affect the immune system
