Intervention 1: Intervention group: Continuous infusion of 8g pralidoxime in 24 hours. Intervention 2: Intervention group: Bolus injection of 1-2g pralidoxime in 20 minutes, then will be repeated ever

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Organophosphate poisoning admitted to the emergency department of Ali-Asghar Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with age less than 18 or more than 80 years old Patients who are poisoned with Carbamate compounds Patients who have received treatment prior to arriving at our center Patients with history of history of lung diseases
