Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range of 18 to 65 years At least one year of singing experience Diagnosis of muscle tension dysphonia by ENT specialist and speech languagwe pathologist based on clinical examinations and video stroboscopy images
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of surgeries in the head, neck, and chest areas Addiction to any kind of narcotics History of respiratory allergies, sensitivities, and cardiac and pulmonary diseases History of cognitive, neurological or psychological problems Having contraindications for dry needling ( needle phobia or vascular disease) Consumption of medications including antibiotics, glucocorticoids, antihistamines, and other medications that improve blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis Pregnant and breastfeeding women Withdrawal from participation in the study for any reason Receiving other treatments concurrently with the study implementation
