Type 2 diabetic patients. Diabetes mellitus due to underlying condition with diabetic nephropathy

Interventions

Intervention 1: "Intervention group:" This group is given Mort syrup. Mort syrup is made from the myrtle plant, which is a type of shrub. Total extract of this plant is used. The dose is 120 mg / kg.

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients with proteinuria Absence of serious heart disease (heart attack, etc.) in the last 6 months Absence of kidney failure stage 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to herbal medicines Patient's willingness to use other therapies
