Inclusion criteria: Pregnant Women in the Last Trimester of Pregnancy Pregnancy anixety Minimum Education Is Graduated of High School Voluntarily and Satisfaction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mental Disorders other than pregnancy anxiety Serious Physical Illness
