Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents who have a child with cancer, child age between 7-12 years, mothers were not simultaneously participating in therapy or a parenting class, the presence of symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress in mother based on DASS questionnaire; the presence of symptoms of depression in child based on Children's Depression Inventory (CDI) can speak and read Persian (for mothers) Mothers agree to participate in 10 Scheduled sessions Mothers agree to participate in 30 minute playing with their child at home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the presence of other irrelevant diagnosis that may affect children and mothers depressive symptoms

Child depressive symptoms. Timepoint: At baseline before beginning intervention and at the end of intervention (week 10th). Method of measurement: Child Depression Inventory (CDI).;Mother's depression, anxiety and stress. Timepoint: At baseline before beginning intervention and at the end of intervention (week 10th). Method of measurement: Depression, Anxiety, Stress Questionnaire (DASS 21).
