Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a hypertrophic scar after a burn with dimensions of 0.5 to 5 centimeters and a thickness of more than 0.5 centimeter and less than three months have passed since their creation and have been diagnosed by a specialist doctor Being at least 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with a history of corticosteroid use People with a history of allergy to corticosteroids Pregnant women People with electric shock type burns People with systemic diseases

MeasureTime frame
In the study "Comparison of the effect of early injection of triamcinolone on the healing of hypertrophic scars in burn patients", the primary outcome can be "height of hypertrophic scars caused by burns", "the size of hypertrophic scars caused by burns", "pigmentation of hypertrophic scars caused by burns", "flexibility" Hypertrophic scar caused by burn", "Vascularity of hypertrophic scar caused by burn", "Reversibility of hypertrophic scar caused by burn". Timepoint: The interval between the triamcinolone injection sessions will be every 4 weeks and the treatment will last for 16 weeks, and after the completion of the initial 16 sessions, the lesions will be evaluated for the next 8 weeks. Method of measurement: In the study "comparison of the effect of early injection of triamcinolone on the healing of hypertrophic scars in burn patients", the way to measure the primary outcome can be "comparing the size of the lesions".
