Inclusion criteria: Having a minimum undergraduate degree Having at least one year of work experience in the clinical setting of the hospital of nursing The desire to participate in the study Having a mobile phone with the ability to send and receive SMS and podcast

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to participate in training sessions
