Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: having the DSM5 criteria for PMDD age between 18-45 BMI between 19.8_25 regular menses cycle (21-35 days) menses between 3-10 days consent and cooperation during the project not having other mood and thought disorder

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy

Timepoint: At first interview for those who have the including criteria it is filled by patient and researcher and it will be checked prompt after two menstrual cycles's ending depends on its duration between 42-70 days. Method of measurement: Hamilton scale.;Severity of premenstrual symptoms.
