Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: cases went under a procedure by a new technique of grafting. Intervention 2: Control group: patients were operated through the classic salter osteotomy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: devlopmental dislocation of hip in xray age between 1-10 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: other congenital problem passive smoker
