Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The desire to participate and cooperate Child and parents Accompaniment One of the parents during the hospital stay Having Minimum elementary education (mother or father) with a child Not having Current surgery for the child Not Fever or pain when recording vital signs Having mental health as well as alertness Do not use anxiolytic drugsReferring to doctors registered orders on file Having chronic illness Not Flaw hearing impairment Not having Background High blood pressure Not Having an evolutionary delay and mental retardation According toThe clinical situation and the educational status of the child at Now Child ages 12-8 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompany One of the acquaintancesDuring the hospital stay Unwillingness of the childAnd parents to participate in the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Identify anxiety and fear using the Spence questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention begins after the end of the intervention on the second day. Method of measurement: Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale.

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure. Timepoint: Before the intervention and after the intervention, the first and second day of the intervention. Method of measurement: Barometer.;Decrease of anxiety and fear.
