Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with flank pain radiating to the groin or abdomen aged 20 to 50 years and with a confirmed diagnosis of kidney stones on CT or ultrasound will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergy to ibuprofen or piroxicam, pregnancy and history of renal failure or gastrointestinal bleeding will be excluded from the study.
