Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having two second primary molars on both sides of the jaw with irreversible pulpitis and requiring pulpectomy treatment 4_7 years old Children who have appropriate physical and mental growth and development, as well as the necessary cooperation. Clinical criteria include: pulp exposure due to caries, no pathological mobility, no fistula, abscess or swelling, and the possibility of restoring the tooth with a crown. Radiographic criteria include: no pathological internal or external root resorption, no radiolucency at the apex and furcation, and physiological resorption of less than one-third of the root length.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary teeth that show clinical or radiographic signs of necrosis The tooth cannot be restored with appropriate restorations The patient has a history of allergy to anesthetics, latex, or any of the materials used in this study The child has a systemic disease

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative pain when using normal saline at 2.5°C. Timepoint: Days 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 after treatment. Method of measurement: Wong_Baker VAS scale.
