Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 5 to 10 years without systemic and mental illness patients have at least one second molar necrosis the teeth have an abscess or sinus tract
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: the teeth can not be restored chamfer pulp floor is perforated the teeth have an internal or external analysis of more than one third of the root length
