Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: lower limb chronic ischemia ( Rutherford class 3-6) Arterial lesion TASC A, B

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous surgery on femoral artery severe arterial lesion calcification sudden symptom onset acute or subacute arterial occlusion or thrombus

MeasureTime frame
Ankle brachial index change. Timepoint: measurement of ankle brachial index before, 10 days, 2 months and 6 months after intervention. Method of measurement: ankle brachial index device.;Change of Rutherford class. Timepoint: Evaluation of Rutherford class before, 10 days, 2 months and 6 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Rutherford classification scale.
