Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Minimum score of 3 from Storey scale Shushtar resident Literacy Access to telephone Maternal age 18-40 years old Primiparous Term infant Monogamous delivery Birth weight 2500 to 4000 g Exclusive breastfeeding Mother's willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Infantile oral fungal or lip and mouth abnormalities Use of pacifier and glass Previous breast surgery Maternal mastitis Abscess Mental illness Internal and surgery Infection and maternal fever during treatment Antibiotic use Failure to schedule visits or irregular treatment Drug allergy
