Intervention 1: The first intervention group: consists of a lecture for 4 weeks in two groups. one session weekly for each group . The rate of anxiety will be measured using the Spielberger quest

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with high-risk pregnancy in the third trimester (24 to 35 weeks) at least 15 and up to 50 years old obtaining anxiety score of 20 to 60 having a minimum degree of evidence having no history of admission to the psychiatric ward Do not take psychiatric drugs The battalion has no incidental consequences such as death, displacement, loss of husband and child in the last six months The desire to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having mental-psychological problems Refusal to cooperate in the study
