Intervention 1: Intervention group: In group 1 (intervention group) patients will receive reflexology 1 time per week for 6 weeks and a total of 6 reflexology sessions in addition to routine treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 85 years 2. No other non-pharmacological relaxation interventions 3. Absence of scars on the legs 4. Temperature below 38 ° C

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwillingness to continue participating in the study 2. Wound in the legs 3. Patient discharge 4. Patient's death
