Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being over 60 years old Having MCR syndrome Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from dementia (previous diagnosis or identification in cognitive screening) Having progressive neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease Significant vision and/or hearing loss that affects the person's mobility Current diagnosis or history of psychiatric disorders Recent or anticipated medical procedures that may affect the elderly person's mobility. Having a disease affecting the study process Unwillingness to cooperate or death or migration

MeasureTime frame
Fall. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Berg Balance Scale, Timed Up And Go(TUG Test), and Gait Speed.;Balance.
