Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women are older than or equal to 60 years of age who feel isolated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Suffering from technophobia (this case will be measured through a questionnaire and the elderly's own comments about the reasons for not wanting to work with a smartphone or the inability to use the features of a smartphone). Have access to and ability to use a mobile phone.
