Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic non-specific low back pain for at least 3 months or more and localized pain in the lumbar spine vertebrae without complications and without the nature of sciatica and with a non-inflammatory nature based on physical examination VAS score above 5 Have not received injectable treatment, physiotherapy, or modality within the last three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Radiculopathy Steroid use Psychiatric illness or any other systemic disease Patients who had contraindications for laser or spinal manipulation and spinal traction plexopathy motor neuron disease pregnancy uncontrolled systemic disease spondylolisthesis spondylolysis spondylitis spinal stenosis joint instability fracture scoliosis =20 degrees referred pain from the pelvis neurological deficit weight loss history of cancer lumbar spine surgery rheumatoid arthritis ankylosing spondylitis osteomyelitis tuberculosis osteoporosis gout Paget's disease osteoarthritis high blood pressure cauda equina syndrome
