Intervention 1: Intervention group: Self-management training for the intervention group, which included 6 sessions of a one-hour course in three weeks (two weeks each week) and three separate sessions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being aged between 60 and 75 years Not having cognitive and psychological impairment using AMT tool completion and earning a minimum score of 7 Having reading and writing skills Ability to answer questionnaire questions Ability to communication Lack of mental illness No use of any kind of psychotropic drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue to study Absence at each of the training sessions The occurrence of major stressful events during research, such as the occurrence of a serious illness of the spouse and child Death of a loved one or an elderly person Crash Fierce family dispute Migration
