Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The elderlies should be interested to attend to the study The age of elderlies should be between 60-90 years Elderlies be in one of the following nursing homes in Tehran city: Tohid, Mehrgol, Negar, Omid or Mehrpooya Perception and communication ability is necessary for elderies The elderlies should not have any movement limitation including paralysis or complete bed rest The elderlies should not have any cognitive disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a cognitive disorder background Having movement limitation including paralysis or complete bed rest Unwilling to participate in the study

MeasureTime frame
The rate of stress, anxiety and depression score of the short Depression Anxiety and Stress Scales (DASS21). Timepoint: Before the intervention, one month after the intervention, two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: The short Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS21).
