Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 40 years Two teeth of the same wisdom in terms of Pell & Gregory's delicate teeth classification on one mandible. Remove both teeth. The same depth and integrity of the teeth of reason on both sides

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous oral surgery People with a history of psychological problems Patients with severe systemic problems An unwilling person to listen to music
