Inclusion criteria: Age (17-21years) Gender (male) Have a history of at least 2 years of regular bodybuilding exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking having cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological, hormonal or orthopedic disorders No ingestion of androgenic and energetic supplements in the past 1 months

Upper and lower torso strength. Timepoint: One day before and after the exercise intervention. Method of measurement: Upper power with dynamometer and lower body with Sihan digital foot device.;Measuring body mass index. Timepoint: One day before and after the exercise intervention. Method of measurement: Use scales and bar meters.;Measuring body fat percentage. Timepoint: One day before and after the exercise intervention. Method of measurement: Using the American-made Lafayette caliper and the three-point Jackson-Pollack equation.;Measurement of thyroid hormones. Timepoint: Measurement of thyroid hormones. Method of measurement: With special kits of Pishtaz Teb Manufacturing Company, made in Iran by ALIZA method and blood sampling from the anti-cobalt vein of the left hand of the subjects will be done at rest and in a sitting position of 5 cc.
