Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nonspecific low back pain Lack of specific illnesses such as neurological diseases, cancer, diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absent more than 2 sessions in exercises having illnesses during training sessions
