Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: TRX Training Group (The experimental group practiced for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week, and for 60-50 minutes under the supervision of the TRX International Coach

Inclusion criteria: Not having cardiovascular disease Not having the joint or orthopedic disease Not taking drugs affecting hormones Not smoking Age (23 to 33 years old)

Cortisol hormone. Timepoint: Pre and post-test. Method of measurement: Participants enter the laboratory 48 hours before and after the intervention period, after 12 hours fasting (56) for 7.5 to 8 am on the same day in the laboratory and in the same laboratory conditions for temperature, light, humidity and hours Blood sampling will take 5 ml of blood from the brachial vein by laboratory blood sampling specialists using sterile syringe syringes in one minute, in a sitting position. Since the menstrual cycle has no effect on the researcher's intended test, the menstrual cycle was not calculated. Samples were centrifuged for 15 minutes at 3000 RPM for centrifugation and placed in a refrigerator at -20 ° C after the serum was separated by ELISA.
