Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systolic and diastolic blood pressure >140/90 and<159/99 Menopausal women No any participant to regular exercise training for 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Functional limitations (such as osteoarthritis) Systolic blood pressure more than 160 and diastolic more than 100 mm Hg Body mass index >28 Diabetes and obesity Cardiovascular disease Liver and kidney disease mental disease Cessation of drug use during the study No use hormone therapy, no smoking and no use alcohol
