Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who refer to cesarean section. Performing cesarean by spinal anesthesia. The first baby of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients age less than 18 and above 40 years old Patients are in urgent need for cesarean section. The condition of the patient's physical activity class is higher than II

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Headache and severity. Timepoint: 6,12,24,48 hours and 7days after neuro axial block. Method of measurement: Assay with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Systolic pressure. Timepoint: Every 5 minute intraoperative and every 15 minute in postanesthesia care unit (PACU). Method of measurement: With Sphyngomanometer.;Diastolic pressure. Timepoint: Every 5 minute intraoperative and every 15 minute in postanesthesia care unit (PACU). Method of measurement: With Sphyngomanometer.;Heart Rate. Timepoint: Every 5 minute hntraoperative and every 15 minute in PACU. Method of measurement: with monitoring device in operating room.;Arterial saturation of o2.
