Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients who refer to cesarean section. Performing cesarean by spinal anesthesia. The first baby of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients age less than 18 and above 40 years old Patients are in urgent need for cesarean section. The condition of the patient's physical activity class is higher than II
