Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men with disorders in sperm count (oligospermia) or sperm morphology (teratospermia) or sperm motility (asthenospermia) or sperm viability Sperm sample with a count of less than 16 million per milliliter, progressive motility of less than 30%, morphology of less than 4%, and viability of less than 54 Age greater than or equal to 50 years A history of infertility of at least one year Body mass index (BMI) less than 30 Normal testicular size confirmed by ultrasound
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe azoospermia or oligozoospermia (sperm concentration less than 5 million per milliliter) or severe asthenozoospermia (sperm motility less than 5 percent) Presence of systemic diseases such as diabetes, thyroid disease, and heart disease, History of cerebrovascular disease and autoimmune diseases A history of chemotherapy or radiation exposure Tobacco and alcohol use History of vasectomy or obstructive azoospermia Having a recurrent or residual varicocele History of cryptorchidism or chromosomal abnormalities such as Klinefelter, XXY/XYY males People with hypogonadism or pituitary abnormalities Having a genital and urinary tract infection Following a special diet or strenuous physical activity Having pretesticular disorders such as endocrine disorders (hyperprolactinemia, abnormal LH and FSH, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, etc.) Known testicular dysfunction, such as varicocele, orchitis, or cryptorchidism Post-testicular functional disorders such as mechanical obstruction or functional obstruction
