Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 and 40 years FSH=12 BMI=35

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous IVF history failed A history of tobacco and alcohol use Male factor infertility Diagnosis of uterine lesions (sub mucosal leiomyoma, uterine polyp)

Embryonic sac observing. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 2 and 4 weeks later. Method of measurement: BHCG test and sonography.
