Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being male at least 20 years of age Lack of alcohol and drugs, lack of metabolic diseases Non-endocrine disease Lack of other liver diseases such as hepatitis B and C) Not having a hypothyroidism Failure to perform surgery to relieve obesity Lack of weight loss due to a program other than intervention Not receiving educational intervention for a diet and regular exercise program during the past year Confirmation of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Detection in Ultrasound Report After Ultrasound by Specialist (Grade 2 Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver)
