19 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The women and man who have the disease of MS. The last relapse of the disease 6 months. The patient is resident of Kerman. The patients complete conscientious consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who are under 19 years old and up 35 years old. The patients who is not able take self-care. The patients who dont complete conscientious consent.

Improving health promoting self-care behaviors. Timepoint: Calculation of health promoting self-care behaviors(before the intervention begins), one week and two month after completion of training sessions. Method of measurement: Pender's Health promoting Behavior Questionnaire.;Improving quality of life. Timepoint: Calculation of the quality of life(before the intervention begins), one week and two month after completion of training sessions. Method of measurement: Quality of Life Questionnaire for MS patients.	—
