Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Students residing in dormitory ranging in age from 20 to 24, 2) the students were not to be professional athletes and not to be regularly involved in any training program and were not to participate in any other training program during the study, 3) non-smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: They are not living in a dormitory Professional athlete People have heart, respiratory and muscular problems Overweight people People who have used supplements for the last 6 months
