Intervention 1: Intervention group: Inofolic compound (200 micrograms of folic acid and 2 grams of inositol) twice a day for three months. Intervention 2: Control group: 1Mg of folic acid.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20-40 years with Polycystic ovary syndrome with oligomenorrhea cycles FSH levels <10 no hormonal treatment during the last 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: with endometriosis History of oophorectomy Age over 40 and under 20 years women with infertility due to male factor BMI 30 Endocrine diseases such as hyperprolactinemia, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal insufficiency and Cushing's disease
