Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mechanical cervical disorder 20-50 years old Satisfaction to participate in the study No receiving other rehabilitation treatment in the last 2weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe osteoporosis multiple myeloma bone tumor paje disease progressive neurological herniation osteomyeilite spinal cord tumor coda equina pressure central disk herniation RA infilamatory phase of AS myelopathy and radiculopathy history of cervical major truma history of neurological disease or surgery unstable fx
