Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being employed in urban and rural emergency basesHaving at emergencies least one year of work experience in emergency medical Tend to study Completion of the informed consent form for participation in the study Failure to come close in the last 6-4 weeks Not having a psychological discomfort that leads to drug use
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue cooperation Two absentee sessions Having an entitlement to leave for more than a week after the intervention began Having sick leave for more than a week after starting an intervention Close fate during the course Divorce during the course Overtime work in pre-hospital emergency room The relocation of a service that leads to the relocation of the research team
