Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses with a university degree in nursing who have a desire to collaborate in the study To be employed in the neonatal and pediatric intensive care unit during the research Have more than one year of work experience in the neonatal and pediatric intensive care unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance of personnel to participate in research Those who have undergone pain management over the past year.
