Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Patients diagnosed with PCO according to Rotterdam criteria 2-Age 20 to 38 years old 3-Resistance to clomiphene (after three cycles up to 150 mg from day 5 to 9 of menstruation every month) Infertility for more than 12 months 4-Body mass index (BMI) less than 35 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other endocrine disorders such as hyperprolactinemia and thyroid dysfunction. Women with fallopian tube disease diagnosed by laparoscopy History of autoimmune diseases, coagulation disorders, uterine anomalies, chromosomal and genetic disorders, chronic renal and metabolic diseases, history of malignancy endometriosis history of repeated abortion and RIF
