Inclusion criteria: Normal U/A Recurrent tonsilitis Chronic tonsilitis Sleep obstructive apnea syndrome Tonsilar hypertrophy Dysphagia

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to tranexamic acid Hematuria history Patients disagreement to attend in study
