Intervention group: patients with bilateral and symmetrical melasma who are treated simultaneously with both CO2 + QS ND YAG Lasers.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-50 years old patients with symmetric and bilateral facial melasma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female patients with pregnancy and lactation Patients with history of labial herpes infection Active infection and acne in treatment areas Patients with history of hypertrophic scar and keloid

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clearance of Melasma lesions according to Melasma Area and Severity Index scoring. Timepoint: Six months after treatment. Method of measurement: Melasma Area and Severity Index Score.
